Many friends bought a new mobile phone protective film, but took a mobile phone repair shop to pay for the film. In fact, if you understand the correct steps, it is very simple to apply a film to your mobile phone. Let's learn how to apply a mobile phone film together.
The first step: clean the screen
Wipe the screen with a cloth (or soft cloth or glasses cloth) to clean the phone screen thoroughly. It is best to wipe the screen in a clean, airless environment to reduce the effect of dust on the film. Because thorough cleaning before filming is a must, such as inadvertently smearing dust will directly affect the filming result, and light filming will cause air bubbles after filming, and heavy filming will lead to failure. Many poor quality protective films are not cleaned after entering the dust during the filming process, which directly damages the silicone layer of the protective film, making it impossible to use the film for scrapping.
Step 2: Get a preliminary impression of the film
Remove the protective film from the package. Do not tear the release film first. Place it directly on the screen of the mobile phone to obtain a preliminary impression of the film. In particular, observe the fit of the film edge and the screen of the mobile phone. The understanding of this will help in the subsequent foiling process.
Step 3: Tear a part of release liner 1
Observe the label on the protective film, tear a part of the release film labeled 1 and take care to avoid the finger touching the adsorption layer of the protective film. Each protective film product is divided into three layers, of which 1 and 2 are release films, the role is to protect the middle protective film.
Step 4: Slowly affix the protective film to the phone screen
Position the protective layer of the protective film at the corners of the screen. Be sure to align the position and carefully apply it. While gluing, peel off the No. 1 release film. If air bubbles occur during filming, pull back the film and reattach it. After confirming that the position of the film is completely correct, and then completely tearing off the No. 1 release film, the entire protective film is affixed to the screen. If bubbles are found, you can use the scratch card to scrape the screen and discharge the air.
Step 5: Completely tear off the No. 2 release film and complete the film!
Remove the No. 2 release film completely and wipe the screen with a wipe. The entire filming process is completed.
Difference between matte film and HD film
1: Matte film: the surface is matte texture, feel a little bit more astringent than the high-definition film, but the matte protective film can effectively eliminate glare and rainbow patterns, after the film is finished, the film will be a little darker, but because there is no Glare, so it's more comfortable watching the screen.
After applying the frosted film, you can try to increase the screen brightness slightly, and the effect will be better.
2: HD film: High-definition film transmittance of 98% or more, so after the paste, if you do not look closely, it is difficult to find the screen past the protective film, but now because the film is electrostatic adsorption Yes, so when you're finished, if you're looking sideways or facing the light, you'll see rainbow patterns on the screen, but there's no feeling of facing the screen. Therefore, high-definition film is more suitable for people who require high definition of the screen.
